Open it with the code from AD#8 (0928) and head inside. At the back left of the shop, there's a locked door. #9: 'Insufficient Postage' - Ladieswear, ShoesĪfter picking up AD#8, dealing with the Splicers and picking the hairpin lock to get out of the Jewellers, head up the stairs to the right and into Shoes. Make sure to grab the lockpick on the shelf behind you to your left (while looking at the Diary) and the Infusion directly in front of you as you leave the room. The Diary is inside this room on the desk. At the back of the store, there is a locked door that requires 3 lockpicks. #8: 'Message In A Bottle' - Ladieswear, JewellersĪfter arriving on Floor 2, head directly across the balcony, ignoring the SkyLine, into Ladieswear. Inside, in one of the dressing rooms at the back, you'll find a Turret guarding this Diary. Having dealt with all the Splicers upstairs, you'll notice a Haberdashery. Make sure to turn around and nab the Infusion on the shelf, as well as another Turret and a piece of Gear downstairs. The Diary is on the top shelf on the far right. Turn the first corner and look behind the bar counter. Once you've got the lockpicks and AD#5, head back downstairs and have Elizabeth open The Daily Bread (one lockpick is needed). #6: 'The Old Bear' - Menswear, The Daily Bread There's another lockpick in the Dressing Rooms to the left as you exit the duct, behind a Turret. Also make sure to grab the Lockpick to the right. Crouch through it, nail the Splicer before he sees you and grab the Diary. Once on the first landing, turn left and you'll see a large red duct. Once you've lockpicked your way into a room full of Splicers and have to head upstairs to the Ice Rink, you'll want to head up the left-hand staircase. #4: 'Offer of Employment' - High Street, MaintenanceĪfter picking up AD#3, you'll be told you've found a code (2076). Go into the kitchens and you'll find the Diary on one of the benches. Through the other door, you'll find The Watched Clock Diner. There's an open door next to The Golden Rule Jewellers leading to a lobby with two doors, one locked and labelled 'Maintenance'. #3: 'The Goddamn People' - High Street, The Watched Clockīefore you enter Cohen's to meet Elizabeth's contact, go for a wander in the opposite direction. You'll find the Diary in the right-hand dressing room at the back of the shop. On the very top floor of High Street, you'll find a clothes shop called Maison Vosges. #2: 'Observation #33' - High Street, Maison Vosges #1: 'Doing Well By Doing Good' - Market Square, Room 907īefore you enter the room with the Little Sister parade, where the two people are talking about what's under the Big Daddy suits, there's a room to the right with 3 guys in it, one fixing an elevator. I've written this guide to be as spoiler free as possible, and restructured it to fit with MAKA91's video guide. I'm listing these in the order I found them, but if you're exploring, you won't have too much trouble. As soon as you grab the last one you need to complete the set, the achievement will pop. However, you don't have to worry about grabbing them all in one run if you miss one, reload the chapter it's located in from the 'Play Add-On Content' menu. If you see '!!! - ****' between Diary locations, it identifies a point-of-no-return and you should make sure you have all diaries before continuing on. I don't give many (if any) games this kind of score, but to me, it's definitely a 10/10.There are 17 Audio Diaries to be found in total. Also, if you plan on playing through an even harder mode, they have 1999 mode and an extra 1998 mode. I think I missed some voxophone recordings, still. Overall, the DLC provides a good 6 hours of extra game time, if you take the time to explore most of the areas to do some side questing. (Combat isn't necessary, you have to find other solutions to situations besides just hack and slash) The characters Cons: It's the end of Bioshock. Pros: The story The atmosphere The cinematic gameplay (the directing and perspective work on this is amazing) Completely new type of game play. It takes the cake as my favorite of the Bioshock games. Bioshock Infinite with the added DLC is nothing short of a masterpiece. Seriously though, this is the kind of DLC that's justifiable. It explains all of the things you think you didn't quite understand with Infinite, and lots of things from Bioshock 1. If you enjoyed Bioshock 1, this DLC completely wraps everything up. Just when you think the game can't get any better, it does.
